What is a swimming liner and how do I use it?
A swimming liner is a silicone pad that you use when swimming - for instance, at the pool. You place it inside your bathing suit so that it sits close to your intimate parts. This way you protect both your vagina and urethra from pathogenic microorganisms found in the water.

How to use the Câlinesa swimming liner?
The Câlinesa swimming liner should only be used in water – for instance, in a swimming pool. Use it to protect both the vagina and urethra from pathogens in the water.
USAGE
- Take one liner out of the package and remove the protective film
- Remove the protective film from the sticky strip.
- Press the sticky surface of the liner onto your swimwear.
Can I use the Câlinesa swimming liner out of the aquatic environment?
We do not recommend using the liner beyond the aquatic environment.
What is the Câlinesa swimming liner made of?
The swimming liner is made of hypoallergenic and waterproof silicone. It is soft to the touch and flexible so it adapts to the shape of your body.
The liner also contains Silver Phosphate Glass which makes it antibacterial and antifungal.
What pathogens does the Câlinesa bath liner protect me from?
The active agent used in our bath liner has a biocidal effect on all bacteria and yeast-like fungi.
The insert has been further tested to protect against the microorganisms that most commonly cause vaginal and urinary tract infections, namely:
- Candida albicans – a common yeast-like fungus that causes candidiasis,
- Escherichia coli – a bacteria found in the stool that causes urinary tract infections,
- Staphylococcus aureus – which causes painful intimate infections.
